Coronavirus update: We are open as usual but due to the current situation all appointments will be online or by telephone until further notice.

Our immigration legal advice service is provided in partnership with North Kensington Law Centre. A supervising caseworker from NKLC visits our offices on Wednesday afternoons in term time (see below for our term dates 2020/21). Each appointment is half an hour, within which you will receive legal advice. The advice is given by an immigration caseworker from North Kensington Law Centre. All legal advice is free. We do not offer on-going legal advice, ‘take on’ your case as a solicitor would or advocate on your behalf at court. However, you are welcome to book another appointment if you require further advice.

“Annie and the team from the clinic at the University of Westminster have been absolutely amazing and have literally saved my life by helping me reach British Citizenship which has been an issue for me since the 60’s. Communication was great, along with the empathy the team portrayed. Thanks again”

We accept referrals from organisations (legal or non-legal) and self-referrals. Our clients usually travel to our offices near Oxford Circus, but we sometimes offer Skype appointments if access is a problem.
